The Central Bank of South Sudan (CBOSS) has announced it has printed notes of 28 SSP (South Sudanese Pounds) especially designed to promote and encourage the 28-state system, and is to be released into circulation the same day the designated First Vice-President of South Sudan Dr. Riek Machar is expected to return from ‘exile’, and two days later in the other state capitals – the day the Transitional Government of National Unity (TGoNU) is expected to be formed as per the terms of the peace agreement.
